Time recording equipment is found in most of the offices
and factories to record the time of their employee turning
up for work and leaving their offices/factories. However,
most of the systems available in the market today have a
lot of problem associated to them. One example is high maintenance
required to maintain high moveable parts.
The traditional Punch-card system which are widely used
today are slow, space consuming (for keeping cards in order)
and worst of all, required a lot manual of work to track,
data entry, compute and reconcile the numbers at the end
of everyday, week or month. Strictly speaking, these are
non-productive work for the company and should be avoided
or reduced.

Smartcard, the latest technology in IT that you can rely
on. It has a very high throughput rate. A typical record
takes less than 300ms (0.3 of a second) to complete. Your
employee can simply "Present" their card to the Time Recorder
while passing by. They do not have to stop by the equipment
to make the record. This increases the flow rate particularly
important during peek hours for factory with thousands of
employee.
